My path to constellations
Personal experience becomes a shared journey.
My path thru the hidden stories is a journey from silence to voice, from escape to return, from fragmentation to wholeness. I have learned to listen to the body as both guardian and guide, to embrace vulnerability as a force, and to recognize in the heart and womb the sacred space of integration.
The encounter with my roots, my ancestors, and my femininity opened a path of transformation that does not repair, but creates space for life.
I did not find myself on the therapist’s couch, searching in words that did not belong to me. I felt that my transformation required movement, experience, and direct embodiment. My inward journey carried me through ThetaHealing, Reconnecting Healing, Breathwork and Icebaths, and into the deep work of Family Constellations and IFS.
Constellations did not enter my path as a technique. They appeared as an answer.
In the beginning, they were only subtle movements — revelations that didn’t come from the mind, but from a deeper place. I began to see things I couldn’t explain, yet I felt them as true: hidden stories, invisible loyalties, threads tying me to people and destinies beyond what I consciously knew.
The constellations helped me see these stories and recognize my roots. But more than that, they brought me into contact with a kind of order that doesn’t impose itself — it reveals itself when you are willing to look. That encounter called me to go further. Not from a desire to “know,” but from a deep need to understand through experience. I worked with several facilitators, each with their own presence, their own language, their own depth. And through this, I understood something essential:
The method is never neutral. It is alive. And it is infused with the experience of the one who holds it.
There are facilitators with whom you resonate more, and others with whom you may feel less. But that doesn’t mean one “works” and another “doesn’t.” It simply means that, in that moment of your life, the field opens differently.
Constellations do not work in a straight line. They work in a spiral.
Some sessions touch you deeply and immediately. And there are sessions where the mind says, “nothing happened.” But in truth, something has already moved — in depth, in silence, beyond what can be observed in the moment. And that movement begins to settle over time, in ways you cannot control, but that you recognize when they appear.
On this path, I learned that there is no need to force understanding. Only to allow yourself to receive.
To receive exactly as much as is right for you in that moment. To trust your own rhythm. To let things open when they are ready.
For me, constellations are not about becoming someone else. They are about returning.
I understood that a woman does not become whole in order to become another. She returns home, to herself. And through that return, her world begins to rearrange itself.
Today, I feel that the whole world has found its place within me. Not because everything is “resolved,” but because there is more space for what is.
On this path of returning to myself, Human Design offered me another language for what I already felt. Discovering that I am a Mental Projector with a 1/3 profile, I recognized something familiar: a kind of seeing that cannot be explained, only lived. The Projector is not built to do — but to see. To recognize in the other what the other cannot yet see in themselves. And the 1/3 profile tells me that my understanding comes through investigation and, above all, through direct experience — through what I have lived, not through what I have read. The hidden stories I perceive in the field of constellations are not, perhaps, a coincidence. They are the way I am built to be present.
And from that space, I accompany others. Not to show them a path. But so they can see their own.Not to offer answers. But so they can stand, safely, before whatever reveals itself.
And maybe, step by step, find their own way back home.
Who am I?
I am someone who is never satisfied with the first answer.
When I talk about a psychological phenomenon, I don't stop at the definition — I look for the experiment, the history, the implications in everyday life. When I talk about a ritual, I'm not just interested in how it's done. I want to understand why it emerged, what human need it fulfilled, and what it says about people. When I talk about constellations, I don't stop at the method — I look for the principles that connect psychology, anthropology, spirituality and human experience into a larger picture.
I don't look for information. I look for the hidden structure behind information.
I have a very particular relationship with meaning. Many people seek truth. I seek meaning. There is a difference:
Truth can be cold. Meaning must be livable.
I have very little tolerance for superficiality — not in the sense that I judge people, but in the sense that I quickly feel when an answer is just a beautiful explanation. Everything I create must come from the same center. The articles, the workshops, the conversations — all of it must breathe the same thing. There is a constant care that everything I do is the expression of the same philosophy, not a collection of products, but an organism.
I try to understand what remains of a person when, one by one, all the roles, all the explanations, and all the certainties begin to fall away.
I don't write to inform. I write because I am trying to put into words something I have understood about human experience — and I hope that, reading it, someone will say:
"Yes… that is exactly what I felt too. I just never knew how to say it."
Testimonies from my path – and from the encounters that brought light

If you feel it, leave me a word.
Sometimes a message is the first step.
You’re welcome to share a question, a reflection, or something that stayed with you.

Each experience has left something that now lives in the space I hold.

Constellations in presence – living spaces of meeting
There is a subtle difference between working online and being in the same physical space.
In in-person gatherings, the field becomes denser, more visible, more deeply felt in the body.
Each space is different, each group brings its own unique dynamic.
Yet what remains constant is the container: safety, presence, and openness to what reveals itself.
