We offer holistic exploration services and experiential processes such as individual constellations, group circles, workshops, somatic practices, session bundles, digital products and links to books published through external platforms.

  1. NATURE OF SERVICES. LIMITATIONS. DISCLAIMER

The services offered on this site are emotional, somatic and systemic exploration processes, including:

  • object constellations
  • water constellations
  • energetic / multidimensional transformation
  • somatic individual sessions
  • group circles
  • workshops
  • future courses, PDFs, meditations, or digital products

IMPORTANT:
These services are not psychological therapy, psychiatric treatment, medical advice, or any form of licensed therapeutic service.

They are not recommended for individuals:

  • with active psychiatric diagnoses
  • in acute emotional or psychological crisis
  • with severe conditions requiring specialized intervention

By registering, you confirm that you are responsible for your physical, emotional, mental and energetic wellbeing and that you understand the non-therapeutic nature of these services.

  1. Terms and conditions – PERSONAL DATA

To register for sessions or purchase products, you must:

  1. CONTRACT FORMATION

For services (individual sessions, circles, workshops):
The contract between you and us is concluded once your booking or registration is confirmed via email.

For digital products::
The contract is considered concluded once you receive the confirmation email and access to the product.

For external links (Lulu, Amazon)::
Purchases are governed by the terms of the respective platform.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking if reasonable grounds exist (e.g., inappropriate behavior, inconsistent information).

  1. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

For individual sessions:

  • Cancellation is possible with at least 24 hours’ notice..
  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is possible up to 12 hours before the session..
  • No-shows result in loss of the payment.

For workshops / circles:
Policies may vary depending on the event and will be communicated individually.

For digital products:
Access is considered consumed once the file is delivered/downloaded. Refunds do not apply for digital products.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including:

  • text
  • descriptions
  • images
  • audio/video materials
  • workshop structures
  • meditations
  • PDFs

is the exclusive property of DARURILE TRUPULUI S.R.L. and is protected by copyright laws.

Copying, distributing, reproducing, adapting or using any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE & UNFORESEEN EVENTS

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to:

  • major technical issues
  • natural phenomena
  • wars, blockages, epidemics
  • failures of external platforms
  • unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
