Decisions that suddenly feel heavy. Emotions that don\u2019t seem to fully belong to our own story.\nFamily constellations offer a different way of looking at these experiences. They invite us to see not only our personal story, but the whole family system we come from. And sometimes these dynamics continue to influence the generations that come after. When we look at these repeating patterns from a wider perspective, we can see that they are not random\u2014they are part of a larger relational context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/iuliavs.ro\/en\/constelatiile-sistemice-clasificare-si-domenii\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-woostify-primary-color\">Family constellations<\/mark><\/a> are a method that helps us explore these invisible connections.
